I was fortunate to work with both phenomenal trainers locally in Arkansas as well as top trainers and riders from around the country. Riding with trainers like former Olympian Karen O'Connor(pictured) helped me to develop the mental toughness it takes to thrive in this sport. I was able to spend time in Florida with Australian Olympic team member Joe Meyer who was a great teacher. Sports psychologist and author Daniel Stewart has helped me tremendously throughout the years on confidence and preparation issues. It's been a cumulative process that hasn't happened over night and one that I will continue to learn and grow as a rider. I have been blessed with parents that have always supported me and provided me with opportunities to keep following my dreams.
